Maintenance costs can easily become uncontrollable necessitating in tight regimes and preventative measures being put in place. The effectiveness of a particular maintenance contract requires policing, and its costs monitored with any adjustments made according to preset service level agreements.

Building controls inevitably become over-ridden resulting in increased energy consumption and reduced plant life expectancy. Investigations into control systems can be managed and appropriate recommendations and improvements made.

Comprehensive maintenance agreements cannot be constructed until the number, age and condition of a building’s equipment has been categorised and any initial recommendations made.
